Looking for talent in the Des Moines, IA area to help execute cutting edge promotional events!! The event details are as follows: Event Location: Des Moines, IA ESTIMATED Dates: Mandatory Phone Training- Thursday 8/12 6p-8p* Tuesday 8/17 (Set Up) 9pm - 5am* 8/18 7am - 10pm* 8/19-8/22 Time: 8am-10pm* 8/23 (Break Down) 8pm - 5am* *Indicates that times are subject to change Set Up & Break Down Duties (include but are not limited to the following) : Load and unload program elements Assist tour managers set up various program elements including simulators, stage, and heavy metal structures Clean/polish the program elements Follow leadership of full time tour managers Event Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Arrive on-time (15 minutes early before scheduled start time) Retain brand knowledge and communicate message points pertaining to the assigned program element including microsite URL and sweepstakes intelligently to all consumers Make experience fun for consumers and encourage them to visit the microsite and participate in the activities on the site Attract, interact and encourage consumers to participate in games, and giveaways Assist with the traffic flow of consumers throughout the event footprint by directing consumers to the next program element Utilize handheld tablets to collect data Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of product Collect information from consumers and keep track of information collected for recapping purposes Assist with set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the footprint (See criteria listed in the Set-up/Breakdown Posting) Maintain the cleanliness of the footprint Maintain the cleanliness of the event area Communication with Field Manager (check-in and check-out) Attire: No visible piercings or tattoos Khaki pants or Bermuda shorts (Capri pants are allowed for female Brand Ambassadors)? no short shorts, cargo pants, or jeans Closed toed comfortable shoes Maintain good personal hygiene and clean uniform attire throughout the event activation Shirt will be provided at the footprint Pay scale: $18/hour Can make up to $792! scale: $18/hour Can make up |

| Seeking 1 talent(s) for this role Must be able to lift 75+lbs. Must be able to work 10+ hours Must have basic tool knowledge Previous experience in technology and production a plus Must be outgoing, approachable, professional, reliable, well-spoken and motivated Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients Must proactively approach/engage consumers Must have previous promotional experience Be on your feet for 12+ hours Maintain high level of energy throughout entire day Voice must project well Must be very articulate Previous experience in theater is a plus Searchable talent specs : Age: from 18 to 35 |
